i run mine on it. it goes fine. dont even bother doing anything to the valves/head.
heres proof i doesnt matter.
my dad owns a datsun 1200 ute (pre 80's) and it was supposed to run on leaded  but he has run it on unleaded 90% of it's life. it has be clocked over once and its up to 15? ??? so total like 999 999 + 150 000 =1 150 000 . and 999 999 of that would have been on unleaded. he has also neva taken it to a mechanic since hes owned it and neva set valve clearances.
its unreal.
