my 2T ZORST consists of 4-2-1 pacemakers into a 2" system and straight thru muffler with the baffles removed and a 2" dumper. its too loud by far according to the EPA standards, but sounds pretty cool. ive got a rally grind cam in it too, so that helps. it spits flames on downshifts apparantly 
anything more than 2" would be too big i rekon, but you wouldnt really want to go any smaller.
