well if the amps he listed are for startup then a 10A fuse should be more than enough. 9A seems like alot of current draw for a pissy little 12" fan to continuously draw

The amps he listed is for running.
Its about 6 times FLC on startup.
But its only for a fraction of a second.
But I now have a 60A fuse holder, and a 40A fuse.
So it *should* all be good
