Plenty of people have rotarised the KE20 (which will require the exact same work as the KE25). Can't think of anyone on these boards who has done it though???
GRIMAS is a 13B turbo KE20 (Pac Perfomance Car), and there are a few other workshops that run rotary KE20's.
Just do searches on rotary KE20's and you should find some info, the KE25 is a little rarer and hence less have had rotary conversions. It is essentially only from the doors back that KE20/25's differ, so engine bay and transmission work will be the same on both.
