yep you can compress them
not a bad ride either.. got mine compressed 50mm a tiny bit bumpy but better than aftermarket lowered ones i had in before.. they were hella bumpy hehe
just ring any spring shop and if they can't help you they should be able to direct you to someone that can Smile
