If you want the pop riveted look then make marks (evenly spaced) and drill thru the wing and the boot, then pop - rivet.. sikaflex is up to you...
Or the flush look ( which i will be going for) get your wing to fir properley then drill thru the wing and boot all the way around with self tappers( like a trial fit) then pull off and sikaflex, then redrill the self tappers in and leave overnight... pull out the tappers the next day and nicky smooth...
sounds easy enough right?
Black sikaflex is the best, its the toughest....

i have no idea what's self tappered is..but i'll bust out Bunnings to cuff those salesman and question them when i got time..cheers
