On my st162 i had a knocking sound when at full lock going around corners.. mine were pretty bad though because it would do it going straight line too..

The cv joints u did, were they recoed? coz they could have been dodgy...

I thought my car had wheel bearings gone
Could be maybe something rubbing, possibly one of ur main suspension bushes are worn out quite a lot

Could even be ur brake dust cover....

Just in case u need wheel bearings i know a really cheap place... i'll speak to u on msn for their location...
