check ignition timing, ie. no. cyl firing x degrees b4 TDC.
check spark plugs, black is runnin to ritch
brown is perfect/good
white is runni too lean
adjust carbies to suit if needed, ie. lean out a little if its too ritch
check spark plug gap
could be maany things. use the process of elimination
