ke70_strolla: You should try this.
After your engine has warmed up and settled down to it's 1000rpm idle speed, you should adjust the idle speed screw. it's on the throttle body right next to the TPS. It's usually hidden under a plastic cap. See if it lowers your idle, and in effect it might also shift your warm up idle down abit too. If the screw does not help then it'd be a good idea to remember it's original setting and put it back to what it was and look else where for the idle problem.

could be something simple like a loose clamp or a crack in that big pipe connected to your AFM and throttle body letting extra air in.

My friends celica with a gen1 3sge is also having idle issues, his idles too low (500rpm) and starts fluctuation the idle (500rpm-1500rpm), also his engine won't idle up when under electrical load, i suspect it's his idle speed controller.
