what they said.
no such thing as lexus in japan. from what i've gathered though, the v8 soarer's were sold in the states as lexus SC400's, hence why every clown with an 8banger soarer here thinks it's a lexus (despite the griffin on the steering wheel, the toyota markings on the engine, the dodgy fill jobs from the toyota badging on the back being replaced with lexus badges, etc.)
