There can be a difference if your unsing complete second hand struts that have springs etc already on them as the springs and inserts could be worn more on one set and there for make the struts seem to be different lengths and different camber. If you doing the front up, then change inner and out tie rod ends, idler and pitman arm and your struts and then get a wheel alighmewnt, but for the extra $50 id be doing the ball joints anyway.
