The only other thing it needs is compression.

Although we havent tested it with a gauge, there was enough pressure in the cyl to blow my mates hat of when the spark plug was out.
He also said that something hit him in side of the head, couldve been been part of the valve (suspect broken maybe) but the oil pressure hasnt changed at all, might've been compression ring, who knows.
