how would a 3sge throttle body fix yr prob

look at how nissans have cold starts
they use a bypass valve
this has nothin to do with the ecu so therefor is easy to hook up

microtewchs are always a pain with cold starts
dont htink you are the first

another thing you can do is if yr aux output is free use it to turn on a solenoid which opens throttle a mm or 2

as for the idle when warm then then that is a tunin problem

get them to adjust timing or some shit
if they play with microtechs alot then they should know

but don tthink it will be as smooth as factory ecu

some cars seam to idle good others idle bit funny

thats just what ive come across

im not tryin to blame or put anyone down but i think maybe the workshop doesnt know alot bout microtechs

from past experience cold start injector is not really needed on any aftermarket ecu

idle motor wil not work on a standard ltx8

so yr best bet is to look at other ways

standard idle motor has 3 wires
12v and 2 signal wires
the ltx8 does not have 2 outputs for the idle motor in standard trim

std idle motor
