Tue, 05 October 2004 05:38 Some massif dongs feel that is a good idea to abuse the system and put their illegal cars on the street with rally registration...this just pisses off the people that are using the rally-car registering system responsibly. The last thing we (rally bogans) want is to have to trailer our cars everywhere because a group of dip-shits keep driving their rally-registered vehicles as if they are 'street legal'...which they are not, thus causing the whole system to be abolished.
