Check your brake fluid level first. For the level to drop suddenly i would say you have a leak. It takes ages for the fluid to just sorta evaporate. That is if ya have very little or no fluid.
Also check that the booster hose is connected both to the booster and the other end, i think its connected at the other end into some sorta manifold or sumtin.
