Is the lead to that plug in looking pretty shity ? Might be tracking somewhere before the plug.... you can normally see that though if its really obvious. Fouled plug even ? Are you sure that #6 injector is triggering ? Other then that there isnt really anything else electrical... Like the others said check compression i suppose.
