if light stays on all the time then ecu might be faulty

if theres nothin wrong u should still get constant flashing

u need to join e1 and te1

even try removing throttle or air flow sensor plugs

create an error and see if the ecu picks it up

then u can see if the warning light is workin ok

i have come across some faulty ecus

was it just wired up recently or has it been running fine for awhile

did u recently jump start it?
