Im using celicamads hiperboost controller, wont I be able to set it to 7psi? And how do you use the hiperboost controller, I a newbie with boost controllers, what do all the screws on it do?

the way it works is it blocks off air going to the wastegate actuator which keeps the boost at whatever level it is.. all the boost controller will do is block more of that to raise the boost.. so u can set it at the lowest possible level(leave the controller completely open) and u will get around 13 psi
just drive around with a light foot like everyone else
