3T-GTE Regular Location: Melbourne Registered: August 2003	Re: 3tgte in need of help Wed, 06 October 2004 23:18 I know that you probably don't want to hear this, but I agree with TE72_Turbo here... sounds like you may have lost a piston "3T-GTE style". Thankfully, when the piston breaks between the ring lands, it doens't do major damage to your cylinder bore. Do a compression test, it will soon tell you if this is the problem or if it is something else. If it is a piston, time to rebuild - throw in a set of forgies straight away, you'll be glad you did!
