nudes Regular Location: Sydney/Wollongong Registered: October 2004	Re: 7MGTE Auto 2 Man Thu, 07 October 2004 09:05 hey i'm looking into doing a 5 speed conversion on my 7m.. although its in a cressida and is non-turbo.. i have had a search around and still cant find which gearbox is appropriate.. i was thinking the five speed from an mz20 soarer but was told this would send me broke and would be almost better off going with a complete front cut and doing an engine conversion at the same time (!?!).. i was wondering if there are any viable alternatives.. i'm aware that gearbox mounts will need to be changed/modified.. has anybody got experience with this or can point me in the right direction? thanks alot [Report message to a moderator]
