took about an hour to get the inlet piping and intercooler piping off the front turbo. Didn't take the back pipes off. I would say the first time taking the front turbo off, probably took another 1.5hours but now only about half an hour 
I can only agree with what others have said as I don't have any ideas Hope it is a easy fix for you. You just better hope that you don't get the same luck as me!
