I don't know much about 2tg engines. I know it isn't on the 18rg, but as for the 2tg, I haven't pulled one of those apart yet. I realise that the whole cam arrangement in a 2tg is going to be much more different from a 2t than an 18rg is from an 18r SOHC, what with the 2t being a push rod and all.
