What sort of muffler/Cat/resonator arangement do you have on it at the moment?

Is the drone constant trough the rev range, or just when crusing at certain speeds? if at certain revs, what revs?

Is how much larger is the dump tip than the rest of the system?

Could be you need a better resonator to kill the resonace (droning noise) or a better muffler arangement that can do the same.

Craig.
