They are a small step up from a T series and thats about it. I put one in my 28 by accident and it has put up with 150rwkw fine. I have done a little drag racing on street tyres with it and had no problem. A day at wakefield and it is screaming though. But then again I would have killed any open centre that day.

If your planning an upgrade, I wouldn't bother with an E series. Unless you looking at a fairly powerful engine, I would use a Ta22 T-series diff and find a sprinter LSD for it. Otherwise you will need to find a fairly narrow/stronger diff or get one cut down. The 22's are pretty narrow in the bum.
