Apparently (I am still learning); they are one of the best things to teach you how a car responds when pushing it. It is often classed as a car "that handles like a racecar on the roads" [I think this is the best factor in your position] My ae86 is actually my second car, and with that amount of money, you can do alot of mods already or buy one with mods. But I believe best..... buy a nice example of one, learn to push it to the limit and controll it, then power it up a little, and do the same, gradual process, but will make you a safer and better drive,r and if you value getting onto a race circuit etc eventually.... it will have paid off greatly..... And if you the type of person who values "face". Thanks to Initial D etc (YAY - funni that it is the opposite hapenins in the actual thing), they are really looked down upon and respected.
