ceramic is the compound, either go ceramic or metal. the metal will grip a shade quicker and sharper but will be harder to drive around town. the ceramic will be eaiser to drive around twon. ceramic will generally also cost a shade more.
4 puck is the design of the clutch. it will be round with 4 pieces sitting out from he centre ring. these are the contact points.
