As the 20v is such a highly strung engine from the factory its very difficult to get some sizeable powergains out of it.
With all the mods you suggested and a chip (if it needs it) you'd probably be looking at 130 - 135kw assuming you started with a 119kw silvertop.
But remember this only works if the mods are done properly
