first thing i'd do is get good looking rims, makes the 162 celica look 10 years newer. and probably an upgraded sound system.
then i'd probably leave it at that 
I wouldn't bother with Air intake, extractors becuase honestly your throwing money down the drain, Toyota designed it just fine the first time. If you want noticable power upgrades then your looking at an engine swap (3sge gen2, gen2, 3s-gte etc) or expensive engine stuff like head porting, larger valves, cams, larger pistons, lightened flywheel. the list goes on the $$ add up.
