Just get a small length of hose, even the standard bit of hose coming from the turbos, and plug it up with something. Easy.
You'll want to get the new source of pressure from that L shaped pipe that bolts up to the throttle body. On the bend, there is a small hose which has a plug in it. You could find a suitable brass connector, knock out the plug, tap a thread and then attach a hose to this. Use a Y splitter and run one hose to each wastegate.
Of course, you could also adapt this idea to run higher boost pressure, as well as controlling how fast the boost comes on.
