Would your recommend the Haltec over a Wolf 3d Ver 4...and lol i know this is a bit of a controversial question...
Personally, I'd prefer the Haltech, but as has been said on many occasions, it depends on your end requirements, and depends even more on your tuner and their abilities.
Get as good as you can afford, bvut make sure there is a reputable tuner that you can access that can do the work.
