jaycar has a kit coming out in the next few months called a digital speedo corrector, designed to modify and correct the digital speedo signal to read the correct speed. Its simple and cheap as i built the prototype, but wont be on shelves for a few months.
ALthough if you have a cable speedo, you're screwed.
