radiator fits no probs, u can even use the same top and bottom radiator hoses!gotta cut the top hose a bit thou.
the only thing that gets in the way is the 2nd a/c thermo fan, the one on the left looking from the front. they used a st165 fan and mounted infront of the core just behind the grill.
i would look for engine bay pics on the net and compare the two.st162/st165
