cwhelan: Because of live axle, rear camber and castor cannot be adjusted. With the anti rollbar brackets, you can weld on the new brackets off the KE70 diff, or if you buy a Whiteline replacement (or I would assume other brand replacement) bar, they will supply bolt on brackets. I don't know how effective these are vs weld-on ones, but I've got these and they seem to work.
On the front of the car, castor can be adjusted by adjusting the radius rods (aka castor rods). Camber cannot be adjusted unless you have your struts (professionally) bent, change your struts completely (which usually gives you positive camber as most other cars have a steeper kingpin angle), or get different strut tops. Or longer lower control arms.
