Do I want to be running the mixture leaner or richer?
I have a pod air filter, does that mean that more air is coming through the AFM causing it to run leaner? I'm happy to run 98 octane fuel, if it will allow me to improve my performance.
Also, is it recommended to reset the ECU before making changes? Where abouts is the fuse you need to pull?

in the fuse box 
in the engine bay. just open the fuse box and it will tell you which one is the efi fuse.
