7mge/7mgte both suffer head gasket problems. just the nature of ther beast...you loose some, you win some. Hopefully when you buy one, you win..unlike i did..hence my cheap purchase price...but then i spent a *&^#load on my motor to rebuilt it, but now it is perfect..and im considering adding a blower sometime sooon....
they are really nice cars tho, and even nicer with some decent mags and lowered springs
