instead of making the state specific forums EVENTS ONLY,
why not make them a proper state specific thing where people can
post pretty much anything relevent (within reason) to that state.
that way people like me (i don't get on the net often)
can just go straight to their states forum to check out what may be happening
rather than spend heaps of time in general forums looking for something that relates to them or their state.
