It moght include the software, it cost me 200 to get it but they had to remove my old eeprom and solder in the new one which is what i think i paid the 200 for.

But i also got a software protection/comms converter which you cant do without so it still might be $200.

Tuning shouldn't be more than $300 at the most. Two hours on the dyno should be fine.
