1. Despite common misconceptions, supercharging is not simpler OR cheaper than turbocharging.
2. The belt used to run an aircon pump is not big enough to run a supercharger (very different power requirements). You will need custom pulleys and preferably a toothed belt.
3. Boost level will depend on the type of supercharger used (eg positive displacement vs centrifugal), the size of the blower, the size/VE of the engine, and yes the rpm of the supercharger is important as well so you need to choose the pulley size carefully.
4. You obviously have no idea how any of this works, so abandon any plans you may have until you've done a lot of reading on the subject. It's not a simple matter of buying a supercharger, bolting it on and driving away... getting the whole package to work properly takes a lot of knowledge and experience, not to mention money!
