yes they do exist becuase that's how they are in Japan.
America is one of the only country's that would get them in LHD.
easiest place to find one if you have them there, is a half cut (clip  ) importer. And see if you can buy just the dash.
If worst comes to worst, you could try australian importers but the jza70 half cuts are getting a bit rare from what I have seen.
