Its a petrol, know its not converted to a camper, just got the pop top for it. My dad use to be a mobile mechanic and the law was agers ago that they need a pop top roof for a mobile mechanic so they can work in the van so thats why he got it but was never used. No mechanic works in a van. Its only been opened say 4-5 times and that wasnt for work purposes. No it's got no power steering, although for a van its fairly easy to turn.
