the signal that drives the factory tacho comes
from the ig- signal from the ignitor
this wire does not connect to the ecu
dont forget the ecu does read what the dizzy is doing
so thats where it gets its rpm
there is a signal that returns from the ignitor to the ecu
that tells the ecu that it has just fired the coil
without this signal the ecu would not run the engine
