erm.. thats what i did dooofus 
im just missing the alternator in the above pic.

For those interested - here is the engine with 20V/16V PS pump, and aircon compressor. The tensior pulley is part of the mounting bracket for the aircon so that was pretty cool! The alternator is on the way, as most will know the GE alternator sits lowish on the intake side, almost same height as the water pump pulley.
