Please do a search, Hilux engine conversions are a common topic of conversation around here and we don't really need yet another thread repeating everything.
FYI though, you can't use an engine that's older than the car. The 3T-GTE stopped production in the mid 80's so it's ruled out straight away; you need a 94 or newer engine for a 94 Hilux.
