I can't really see having the car running on LPG making it easier to be defected, cause what you'd be doing is making the car more evo friendly (EPA). Its how some of the v8 boys get un-engineerable engines into their cars.

True, but LPG should make engineering the car easier. So long as the car runs only on LPG and nothing else.
Have you asked what needs doing? Cause all i can see is a brake, suspension and driveline upgrade. And i can't see that being to hard.
