Your dreaming.
Low 200's is possible with a shit load of work and a shit load of money. It means getting every single part in the engine built to race spec. Wouldnt be nice to dive on the road either.
As for the gearbox, they come with W40s, just about the first thing to throw out.
2 other problems with the car:
Suspension sucks.
It rusts everywhere.
