I took the bumper to the smash repairers next door to work today to see if they'd have a go at getting the dent out. It was the size of half a pea. Anyway, the chrome cracked in the process of knocking it out. They usually send bumpers somewhere to be re-crhomed and straightened. That'd cost me a fair bit. Probably a bit over $300. We looked at the Taiwanese bumpers, but the earliest Celica they listed was '81 RA40. I think these dudes may only do plastic though, since the didn't list earlier RA40's? I don't know when they switched to plastic bumpers.
Faulksy, if you could find out who does those bumpers, I'd be very interested. The guy at the smash repairs was looking in an Alto catalogue.
