T70 is about the same as the 60-1 comp wheel... You'll be able to get a bit over 400hp atw's from it...
Sounds very much like my ole 60-1 same A/R's etc... A custom manifold will cost about $650 ish. and definitely worth the money.. with any of those options you will need a custom dump pipe etc...
You will also get lag... it's part and parcel of big HP...
Can get a second-hand 32mm gate for around $300-400 also, a set of custom oil and water lines another $200 new plumbing etc...
Work out exactly how much HP you want and THEN decide on the correct turbo to give you that power... don't work backwards...
