i've overfilled it by probably 1 or 2mm more..but didnt know it might cause these problems..i'll change the plugs and drain a lil oil...and see what happens..

1-2mm over the full mark wont/shouldnt bother it at all.

did you actualy pull the spark plugs out? if so are the plug leads in the right configuration and on the plugs proper (eg. one lead half hanging off).
