the head unit works fine without the sub connected, all the other speakers work fine , no weird noise, nothing. Only when something is connected through the head units out RCAs does this noise occur through the connected speaker. The sub does make the noise when the car's engine is turned off but when the engine is on and driving it sort of mimics the rev of the engine, sounds like a super charger
