You can try to fracture the drill bit with a punch (good luck) and then re-drill. As ae95 said - you will need a very strong easy out (blue point or sutton etc).
If you get this far, i recommend using a penetrene spray called INOX. Its Australian made and its real good, Ive used it several times on broken / siezed bolts etc, really makes light work of the job.
Otherwise, if you don't have the tools for the job, its cheaper to get someone else to do it rather than buy all the stuff...
